Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef for a new upmarket Italian restaurant in the beautiful Cotswold town of Nailsworth.
Requirements of the Head Chef:
- A Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef in an authentic Italian Restaurant
- A Minimum of 5 years experience with authentic Italian menus ranging from antipastis and sauces through to meat and fish dishes. As well as tradtional Italian dolce. The Head Chef will also be required to create fresh hand stretched pizza when the Pizza Chef is off.
- The Head Chef will be required to work 50-55 hours per week and should have general Kitchen management skills including food sourcing and costing.
