Our client is looking for a passionate Chef to join their small brigade. Someone who is from a fresh food background and someone who will want to bring new ideas to their ever evolving menu and has good working practices. Although small they have big plans and are looking for someone who wants to progress with them.
They are a small independent restaurant, coming up to their first year of trading. Not only have they recently won the Chefs Guilds’ Best New Restaurant in the UK award but we have also been featured in The Times, Top 25 New restaurants in the UK.
Permanent Chef Role is as follows:
- Level – flexible, either CDP, pastry CDP or for the right person junior Sous
- Salary – dependent on experience
- Tips – around £3500 per year
- Hours – split shifts Wednesday to Saturday, 8.30am-6ish Sundays
